Our service also includes the monitoring and maintenance of models to adapt to the evolution of buildings during their life cycle and to ensure permanently up-to-date and reliable data. We support you throughout the evolution of your assets.
Our cloud solution is hosted in a secure data center operated according to ISO 27.000 security standards and the European GDPR standard for data protection. Access to your data is also secured by a 2-factor authentication mechanism.

DIGITAL MODELS
From design to operation, we model your BIM models according to your use cases, with a process adapted in time and budget, and in compliance with the BIM ISO 19.650 standard.
We can also rework your existing BIM models to make them more suitable for operating applications.

DIGITAL AS-BUILT
We create and manage your digital As-built, ensuring it is consistent and up-to-date as your assets evolve. Your data thus remains accurate, consistent, complete and available in real time by following the evolution of your buildings.
We can migrate your existing BIM and As-built models or create them from the information available via our retro-BIM processes allowing the creation of models adapted to operating use cases.
By allowing spatialization of your data directly in the digital twin, BIM As-built offers direct visualization and better intelligence of the information.
OPERATING SOLUTIONS
Our digital twins interface with your smart building applications to provide your operations teams with complete, relevant and geospatial information.
Thanks to our BIM viewer, our models can be connected via APIs to your current and future applications, for better integration of your smart buildings.
We also integrate IoT / Digital services by combining cold (static) data and hot (dynamic) data in digital twins, which thus evolve by reflecting the state of the building in real time.
