What is BIM FM?

BIM FM is an extension of BIM (Building Information Modeling) beyond the construction phase. This involves creating an intelligent digital model which centralizes all the information relating to a building, from its design to its maintenance, including its operation. This digital model, also called a “digital twin”, makes it possible to visualize and analyze building data in real time, thus facilitating decision-making and management optimization.
