This renovation project of the United Nations Africa Hall in Addis Ababa, a mix of heritage conservation and innovation, required a particularly meticulous management and coordination approach, facilitated by BIM Management.

Through detailed BIM modeling, it ensured the preservation of the initial heritage, while integrating contemporary equipment. This process helped simulate and visualize interventions before implementation, thereby minimizing risks and enabling optimal precision in the restoration.

Regarding coordination, BIM Management served as a focal point for all disciplines involved in the project and played the role of conductor, ensuring that stakeholder contributions remained aligned with the project vision.

Construction support, engineering design and cost estimation also benefited from BIM coordination, ensuring execution on time and on budget and thus meeting United Nations requirements for funding approval.
